I specialise in Ayurvedic & gut friendly foods. My menus emphasise local, seasonal sourcing with a focus on organic & regenerative farming. Inspired by Indian, Middle Eastern & Mediterranean cultures but with Ayurvedic principals
I also like to add adaptogenic roots, herbs, mushrooms & flowers to my meals. Adaptogens are botanical treasures that help the body to restore balance and adapt to stress.
